Joe Jones
Music Cart, 1986
Little conventional musical intruments like a zither, a mandolin, a
drum, and others are mounted on the cart. They are played by little
electric motors. Solar cells that are installed upon the ring supply the
electric voltage for the motors.
The photo was taken in the February of the year 1990 during the
exhibition of Joe Jones in Art Association Giannozzo. On the right side
of the picture the French philosopher Daniel Charles, in the back Heidi
Paris and Peter Gente from Merve Verlag, Berlin, kneeing in the back
Blixa Bargeld from Einstürzende Neubauten, Berlin.
